Welcome to the Alpine Method

You have just started the first steps to a journey of rejuvenation, new found energy and personal empowerment. For one week you will be part of a close team of 8-16 motivated individuals who all will be empowered to develop healthy life long habits for exercise, nutrition and well-being. Any important program must have a social aspect to it to ensure that we have the courage to step outside of our comfort zone and let ourselves go to heights we have always known were possible.

We will laugh together, sweat together, and maybe even cry together to create in 7 days a more balanced “you”. The Alpine Method is a combination of 3 meals, 2 snacks daily, nutritional guidance and planning, daily morning and evening yoga practice, daily meditation, daily running, walking, hiking, daily adventure and daily goal setting to ensure you start to develop life – long habits to become the person you have always envisioned yourself to be and to see the beauty in what you are capable of doing.

You may just need fine tuning, or a complete overhaul, the beauty of the Alpine Method is that is takes a team and encouragement from like minded individuals to reach the goals you are capable of. We will become each other’s support, and ensure will power is kept to the levels required to achieve change.

The Alpine Method will bring you experts in the field of nutrition, fitness and meditation, all in a luxury 4.5 star setting to set you on the right track. A nutritional coach and a life coach will continue to guide you, if you wish, on your journey after you have left the program to ensure success is achieved.
