Whistler ATV Tours

ATV tours in Whistler are the perfect to explore the beautiful backcountry. You may ride on a twisty trail up Whistler or Blackcomb mountain, follow long-forgotten logging roads, enjoy a ride and dine excursion, or perfection your skills in the ATV terrain park. You will find an ATV tour just right for you.

Whistler Bear Watching

With world-renown bear watching expert Michael Allen take tour to view bears doing what they do best… being bears. Michael knows Whistler’s bears by name. From May through July, bears wander along the open ski trails grazing on clover, grass and horsetail. Later, from August through October, the feeding activities of black bears can be followed through high elevation timber-shrub forests as they feed on sugary huckleberries in preparation for hibernation.

Whistler Bungee Jumping

Experience bungee jumping in the beautiful wilderness of the Whistler Valley nestled between old growth forests and rugged basalt column cliffs. Feel the exhilaration of jumping from a 160ft (53 meter) bridge spanning 300 ft over the glacial fed Cheakamus river.

Whistler Canoe / Kayak

Whistler and Pemberton have ideal lakes and rivers for canoe and kayak adventures. Whether you’re an expert paddler or want to learn the techniques of canoe and kayak handling, there’s a tour tailored to your needs. Whistler Fishing

You may choose from river fly fishing, remote alpine lakes, or nearby Green Lake. There are half day and full day guided tours available from the Whistler area. Whistler Tubing Park

Feel the wind in your face as you cruise down the exhilarating tubing hill. Located in the Base 2 Zone on Blackcomb Mountain, the Coca-Cola Tube Park offers great fun for the young and the young at heart. There’s no skill or equipment required – just a sense of adventure and a desire for excitement. The park has eight lanes varying in difficulty from Green to Blue to Black and is open until 8pm.

Whistler Hiking

There are miles and miles of hiking trails in and around Whistler. You may prefer to simply go for a hike with friends and family and refer to the trail map guide but you could also consider a guided hiking tour with a knowledgeable guide and discover areas are fascinatingly beautiful. ie. the Brandywine Falls, the Cheakamus provincial park and rainforest walk.

Whistler Hummer Off Road Tours

Enjoy a thrilling ride into wild places in a go-anywhere Hummer. From Backcountry BBQ tour to Sunset and Alpen glow peaceful adventures, a Hummer tour is fun, safe and ensures you to see vistas that you would miss otherwise if staying in the valley.

Whistler Jet Boating

Jet boating is hilarious! Rip-roaring on white water via the Lillooet river will get your pulse pounding as it plunges through one set of rapids after another. Jet Boat tours are offered by Whistler River Adventures where experienced “pilots” will give you the thrill of a lifetime. Bring your swim suit on a hot summer day and take a dip in the Lillooet Lake.

Daycare & Camps Children’s Programs. Whistler Blackcomb offers day care for half day, full day or multi-day programs throughout the summer. During the day, your child will do all sorts of things such as nature walks, gondola sight seeing, fire hall visits, arts and crafts, outdoor play, story time and cooking activities. All full day programs include lunch and the 3 day program includes kids swag’ to take home.

Hop on Whistler’s local transit The Wave (it costs only $1.50) and ride out to our Sport Centre. Kids will enjoy the pool featuring a lazy river, vortex, spouting bears and more. Adults may swim in the 25-metre, 6-lane lap pool, featuring a rope swing, eight foot slide and basketball net. Relax in the hot tub, steamroom or sauna. Children $3.00, Youths $3.50, Adults $6.00 Also, outside the Sport Centre you will find a fun water park where kids of all ages can play and refresh themselves on hot summer days, pack a lunch and improvise a picnic!

Whistler Mountaineer Train Experience

Whistler Mountaineer offers two summer tours. A three-hour train showcasing Vancouver to Whistler, like never before. Not only will you experience a relaxing and comfortable ride but you will also be privy to such scenic delights as cascading waterfalls, old-growth forests, snow-capped mountain peaks and brilliant Pacific waters. The Mountaineer’s newest route combines adventure, discovery, and legendary Rocky Mountaineer service.
